Do you think sex harassment in the work place should be a criminal case?
Do you think sex harassment in the work place should be a criminal case instead of a civil rights case? If a person wants someone to have sex for a job shouldn't there be new laws to call the police instead of the EEOC or some other human rights agency? Why are all these people in civil court when they should be arrested first? Why shouldn’t it be called some degree of attempted or actual rape?
I suppose if someone offers your child candy for sex but didn't touch her, it's OK blue and you'll call child services agencies

If they force themselves on you in any way it is rape but if they are just talking or looking or touching it not rape
