My friend had sex in my bed, 3 times! How do i confront her about it?!?

so pretty much she go kicked out of her house so i offered her to stay with me, i specifically told her not to have sex in my damn bed, i found out thorough a roomate and a friend that she did. Also she is staying at a friends apt. now and she had sex in here bed too!!!!
she's a nice girl but c'mon 3 times?!
