how do you make a silkie hen, a red sex link hen, and a game hen lay eggs? And how big will the sex link get?

we have 6 chickens 3 hens a rooster and two chicks the man we bought them from said the hens will lay in about two days, we have had our red sex link for two months and our silki for two weeks and no eggs! I have given them both laying pellets and laying mash im am currently using scratch. Also some man at the feed store said we needed to worm our chickens is this true?
